Isi is a seasoned executive with over 40 years in Banking technology. After graduating from Engineering at the University of Toronto, he has worked for financial institutions and with outsourcing firms providing a breadth of IT services to financial institutions. He has spent time with BMO-Harris, EDS, Digital Equipment Corporation, MasterCard International, EcomCard, and in 2003 was the founder of TBL Corporation – a team of highly skilled professionals utilizing their extensive Banking experience to help Banks reduce their IT costs while improving service levels to their end customers.

Mr. Patel is recognized by the IT industry, customers, shareholders, and employees, as a new breed of leader and innovator in global solutions. As a much sought after speaker and thought leader, Mr. Patel has worked with many large organizations, such as Accenture as executive director representing the office of the COO in global transactions and M&A’s, where he built the commercial function which was customer targeted. Prior to that Mr. Patel held positions as (i) President at Kanbay Managed Solutions, (ii) SVP and GM at OAO Technology Solutions, (iii) Digital Equipment as well as Crown Life, BMO-Harris, and CNCP.  Mr. Patel received his Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario

Mr. Goch joined TBL after graduating from Engineering at Carleton University in 2010. He has built an unparalleled expertise in deciphering complex banking billing systems and leads the technical effort to uncover errors which lead to savings and rebates. During his tenure at TBL, he has become a subject matter expert at interpreting contracts and matching them to invoices and to the underlying technologies.

Ms. Olsson has been with TBL since 2013, working as a bilingual bank auditor, responsible for liaising directly with bank personnel to discuss the functionality and use of all phone lines, in order to identify and target over expenditure within each branch. As a representative of TBL, Ms. Olsson ensures the deliverance of excellent customer service with a trust and safety background.

Ms. Manji has over 30 years’ experience working in Banking, Pension and Real Estate. She has been a solid contributor to the very detailed work that TBL performs for Banks.

Mr. Han is an engineer and has worked in IT for over 30 years in Banking and in IT service organizations which provide services to Banking customers. Previous employment includes BMO-Harris, IBM, AT&T. He specializes in network savings.

Mr. Manji has over 30 years’ experience in IT operations, Customer Relationship Management, Sales & Delivery Management – Global, Team Building, Business Management and Operations, Global Multi-sourcing and Outsourcing, P&L Accountability and Management, Contract Creation and Management, Strategic Alliance Collaboration, Managing Complex IT Programs and Transitions and Crafting and managing complex IT Outsourcing deals.
