In many large organizations, complicated billings are not fully reconciled after a service is upgraded, decommissioned or simply no longer needed. As time passes this problem is compounded and they end up paying much more than they should for the services received. To reduce this overbilling to reasonable levels requires significant focus and effort by experienced staff. While it is not realistic to eliminate all overbilling, with the correct support it is possible to reduce these overspending levels from an estimated historical error of 15-20% down to a recurring error of 5% or less.

TBL will perform a 3-week, no-cost, assessment of your organizations IT billings in order to determine if and where the savings may be found. The assessment’s primary focus is on recurring cost items which consume a significant portion of the IT budget, e.g. Telecom, hardware maintenance, software license maintenance and subscriptions. To perform this assessment, TBL will require access to key information including historical invoices, contracts, inventory, and order management databases. Following the assessment phase, TBL will present its findings.
